The strategic planning method we use at Rooted in Process is from the Technology of Participation, created by the Institute of Cultural Affairs. It can be used for groups or for individuals to narrow down your steps to achieving your vision. This year we launched Planning for Personal Growth to help individuals create a strategy for the new year. We walked a group through clarifying their personal vision, exploring their current reality, forming strategic directions, and mapping out steps to a one-year calendar. We did this over a series of two sessions using Zoom and Google Slides to engage the participants in their work. They were provided a personal strategic planning packet to continue their journey.
