Through Technology of Participation (ToP®) methods, your team will build practical facilitation skills that strengthen communication, collaboration, and decision-making — because facilitation isn’t just a skill, it’s a leadership capacity.
Delivered in partnership with FloToP Facilitators, a growing network across Florida, these trainings go beyond the classroom — offering opportunities to practice, learn, and grow within a community of peers.

We have provided facilitation training for the Florida Department of Health in their Bureau of Tobacco and the Office of Minority Health, the City of Largo, Great Lakes Intertribal Epidemiology Center, and the Great Plains Epidemiology Center.


What we offer
We offer flexible training delivery — either in-person or virtual — with customizable formats from half-day, full-day, or multi-day, as well as tailored training designed for your team’s collaboration needs.
